Error code 372

Recommended Posts

I just ran a full system scan and it caught some adware so I hit remove.

it then requires a system restart.

As my system was restarting I got a windows activation required because of major hardware changes in my system. (I have not had this problem before and didnt change any hardware)

I am trying to do a system restore point or open MBAM and I cannot do either.

When trying to open MBAM I get an 372 error failed to load control 'vbalGrid' from vbalsgrid6.ocx

PLEASE help

Thanks

Jay

I did a hard restart and reactivated windows and now it is working again.

When the activation window came up this time it said it could not access the license.

Is it possible I removed something I shouldnt have?

Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now reset any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications.

You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask me and I'll explain how to do it.

Can you also please use the ADD REPLY Tab at the bottom of the page , rather than the Reply Tab -

Thank You - :)

EDIT -

Please also read Item #17 from the FAQ section to see if this matches any error you get -
