comodo and malwarebytes.

hi.im just womdering if malwarebytes actually detects items quarantined by comodo?i dont really come across many malicious items as such and my comodo anti-virus found a trojan the other day.i did a scan with mbam and it detected what appeared to be the quarantined trojan.my question is.can i assume this is a usual practice.many thanks.
