Definately an infection, Nod32 smartsecurity has failed me, more info inside!

Hello, I recently noticed my computer slowing down quite a bit while gaming and browsing and even sending links to people on msn that ask them to download an exe file! I also noticed nod32 lighting up about a trojan attack once in a while so i ran a scan, upon finding 13 infections it says it quarantined them however they still run, and i also notice multiple processes in the task manager that should not be there, one opens with jibberish in its description and turns into an iexplorer process and the other turns into a chrome process, both of which just come back when i close them. I have run nod32 in safe mode multiple times which has also done nothing and I am out of ideas, some help would be most welcome!!! some of the blocked/cleaned files include variant of Win32/VB.NWG worm, variant of Win32/Injector.CHT trojan among a bunch of others. Will provide specs and logs upon request.

Thank you, i'll contact the help desk, I scrapped nod32 cause it never does anything for me and since I have wanted a scanner for a while I did some research on this product and decided to give it a spin and bought it, hope it helps me

Glad to hear that you are getting help at the help desk, but you still need to have anti-virus software installed on your computer. Malwarebytes is not an anti-virus program, it is designed to work together with your anti-virus software.....
