Virus keeps reinfecting

I have ran Malwarebytes and several other programs to try to get rid of this virus, but it seems to keep creeping back in. The only brower I can use is Internet Explorer and I constantly get a redirected to other websites. Most of my programs will not open as well. Below is one of many mbam logs and a HijackThis log. • When the scan is finished, click the Save... button to save the scan results to your Desktop. Save the file as gmer.log.
  
• Click the Copy button and paste the results into your next reply.
  
• Exit GMER and re-enable all active protection when done.
