Runtime error 372

On my son's computer, it's not possible to access on lot of software, including Malwarebyte and Norton 360.

With Malwarebyte, I've got this message: Runtime error 372 Failed to load vbalGrid from vbalgrid6. ocx

It's not possible to restore windows (no access on the agenda...)

When I'm starting the computer, there is this message:event monitor user notification tool has got a problem and need to be closed.

It's not possible to connect to internet.
