purchase anti-malware

We just purchased Anti Malware product after running Pro, application will not open to register..

Now what??

Oh, and we had to do it in safe mode because a virus has attacked our system, it scanned before now it won't

We are running Windows XP on a Dell 2400 desktop!!

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.

The most important thing is getting the Malware removed which the unregistered version will do for you already. Once that is done and your system is back under control we can assist you with getting the registration information all set.

Please follow the directions posted above and someone will assist you as soon as they can. You can also contact the Help Desk if you like.
