Program finds hijack files, deletes, but they're back after reboot

The subject line sums it up. After I run the program, it finds three malicious files. I have them deleted, then reboot, but when I'm back in a browser, I still get hijacked whenever I click any links from a search page (google, bing, etc.). Am I doing something wrong? I don't know if it's helpful, but I am including a log from my last scan:

First off, you may try to UPDATE to the latest version of Malwarebytes. You are using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.43 with Database version: 3499. The latest version at the moment is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.44 Database version: 3545.

Install that first and run another scan and clean, then if that does not work, then follow the below instructions:
