Since it has blocked access to the internet and the taskmanager, she went in to msconfig=>startup and removed all associated items with IS2010 without telling me. Unfortunately, now the computer can't progress past the login screen. I try logging in as administrator and it flashes the dekstop, then goes immediately back to the login screen. I've tried logging in to safe mode, but it restarts the computer automatically. I wasn't even able to download Malwarebytes, so I'm stuck. Any help would be much appreciated.
