Thanks for your typically informative response, AdvancedSetup. I'm inclined towards a personal TechNet subscription myself; not by any mean work-related for me but as a personal educational resource in addition to whatever else I can lay my hands on; the links that you, Exile and others have provided are proving to be good and instuctive stuff.
