Protection Module will not load

I found a thread that semi-addresses this issue here http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=24013. But it was closed before the solution was reached. Please advise I have the same issue. I have Dynamic Disk structure on my HDD not basic. I am a registered paid customer and need the Protection Module to run on my computer. Please advise!

Follow the advise in this post, and let me know what the value of SystemPartition is.

There is no fix if the drives are not standard and it has nothing to do with basic or dynamic disks it has to do with how the system was originally setup and how the object manager detected and setup the drive naming.

Standard values are like this: \Device\HarddiskVolume1 or \Device\HarddiskVolume2 or \Device\HarddiskVolume3 etc..

If it has other hex type names it's not standard and the protection module will not load.

Hi Seth,

It appears there was a glitch in one of the updates earlier. Please run the program and update to the latest definitions 3386 and that should correct it. Please reboot after updating to the latest rules.

OK. I did as suggested. Updated to new "rules" and rebooted. Still no Protection Module. What next?

Open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, go to the 'logs' tab, open one of the protection logs (they are sorted by date), and copy and paste the contents into a reply.
