Browser protection on Android?

On a website I visit from time to time, Browser Guard on my PC blocked the site due to a trojan. But I had no problem accessing the site on my phone. I see that Browser Guard is not on the phone's browsers. In fact, I did not see a way to add any extensions to the Chrome or Brave browsers on my phone.

According to the chatbot on the Malwarebytes web site, Browser Guard is not available on mobile devices (phone, tablet). Does that mean there is no protection from malware on mobile browsers? I certainly did not get a warning about this trojan.

Yes, Malwarebytes Browser Guard is only available for the Desktop device
