hello and welcome, Roberth, to Malwarebytes.org

I wouldn't do that if I were you. I presume that you can connect the clean computer to the internet as you haven't actually said; I would not change it over as you may well end up with two damaged computers with the risk of losing internet access on both. Better to keep one "clean" so that you can access help that is offered here.

It sounds as though your problem computer is infected. Please read and follow the instructions here taking particular note of where to post requested logs.

That forum is very busy; please be patient until a helper is available to assist you. Thank you.

Hello Roberth, and welcome to Malwarebytes.org

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org
