Windows Installer Window

A Windows Installer window appeared on my laptop.  What is it trying to do? Is it trying to install malware on my computer.  I have copied the script and saved it as a PDF file, in case anyone wants to review it.  This windows has popped up several times before.

You posted the FSS scan twice. I need the following logs please from the SAME scan period of time. If you don't have, please run the scanner again.
