Malwarebytes Guard has blocked our website (once again)

Our online store, store.gatewestcoin.com , has been blocked today by Malwarebytes browser guard for insecure login.

This is simply untrue.

How can I get it removed?

Why does this keep happening??

Additionally, our subsidiary is also being blocked.  The url is store.albern.com

It's getting blocked because the site is using http instead of https.

The online store portion is using http yes, because no login credentials, passwords, personal information, or credit cards are being transmitted or used on that site.

Once a customer wishes to place their order, they click on Login, and are taken to a page with https: for a secure login and checkout.

Why should the site be blocked when no personal information is asked for or transmitted on a non-secure page??

Thanks for the clarification. I was able to reproduce the block. The sites will be whitelisted.

The Browser Guard is still blocking the sites as of today.

@GWC-1972 Please do the following.

 

 

If you're having issues with Malwarebytes Browser Guard you may want to try to update the program manually.

• Click on the extension icon 

  If you can not see the Browser Guard icon in the browser toolbar, click the puzzle icon and unhide or pin the icon.

• Click the Kebab Menu -> then Support
• Click the Check for database updates button
• If still having an issue then click Clear Browser Guard Storage, Restart the Browser, and check for Database Updates again
