Problemas con MEGA

Hola, buenas tardes. Tengo problemas con MEGA Sinc. Empezó hace unos días con un mensaje de error al inicio  y a los pocos segundos se cerraba MEGA sinc y no hacía la sincronización. Al instalar MEGAsync el antivirus elimina un archivo que identifica como malware. (.getxfer.13396.1.mega) Lo verifiqué en VirusTotal y seis proveedores de seguridad y ningún entorno sandbox marcaron este archivo como malicioso.  Es realmente malware? Podría ser esa la causa del mal funcionamiento de la aplicación ? La pagina web y mi cuenta parecen funcionar bien. Les agradeceré cualquier ayuda que puedan darme para solucionar este problema. Yes, it is a PowePoint Slide.
I am saying this is not a Malwarebytes related issue.  The Document is a Microsoft Document.  Malwarebytes' software does not target document files via detection signatures.  Because Malwarebytes has nothing to do with this file's detection.  I hid the other topic because that area of the Forum is reserved for when a Malwarebytes product detects a file and it is presumed to be a False Positive detection.

I looked at this Microsoft PowerPoint Document  and while the content is "strange" it does not appear to be malicious.

From the Virus Total Report;  First Submission 2021-05-27
The file is almost 2 1/2 yrs old and the four detections (AVG and Avast are the same) are most likely False Positives.

Lo que digo es que este no es un problema relacionado con Malwarebytes. El documento es un documento de Microsoft.
