You can find and run this and it should remove it

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft PC Manager\Uninst.exe"

 

If you mean something else, please show me a screenshot of the program

No, the Microsoft PC Manager is perfect... I chose it, I wanted to install it, and if it is in my PC this is what I chose... I really meant what I said when I was talking about Advanced PC Clean Up, not the Microsoft software, not Microsoft PC Manager (the URL is obviously not the Microsoft one

If there is nothing else then I'll go ahead and give you a clean up speech from the tools used.

 

 

Let's go ahead and do some clean-up work and remove the tools and logs we've run.

Please download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.

• right-click kprm_(version).exe and select Run as Administrator.
• Read and accept the disclaimer.
• When the tool opens, ensure all boxes under Actions are checked.
• Under Delete Quarantines select Delete Now, then click Run.
• Once complete, click OK.
• A log will open in Notepad titled kprm-(date).txt.
• Please attach that file to your next reply. (not compulsory)

Actually, I work with several open tabs and I cannot reset Google Chrome, because I'd lose all of them, and I cannot save them all, I live in France, and there is a jet lag, it was too late for saving them all, and even so, I have big organization in my favourites, so even if it was earlier and I could save them all, it would have been difficult for me to going from where I left

You ask me to suppress every restoration points and the tools ?

Basically once you have cleaned a computer you want to remove the old Restore Points so that the computer infection does not get restored. You then create a NEW Clean Restore Point so that if you do need a Restore you can use the new one.

As far as how you work with Google Chrome or any other browser I'll just say that you may wish to validate and backup links, passwords, etc. because any browser could fail at any time due to various possible issues and if you don't have a backup method to get you up and running then you're going to be in a difficult position.
Knowing all your passwords (store them in a password manager) and knowing all your links, and tabs (back them up) is highly recommended.
