These don't look like good or valid links. If you really want them I'd recommend you remove these and create new ones.

ShortcutWithArgument: C:\Users\VonKey\Desktop\apps\Lopoik - Chrome.lnk -> C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe (Google LLC) -> --profile-directory="Default"
ShortcutWithArgument: C:\Users\VonKey\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\ImplicitAppShortcuts\69639df789022856\Keyvon - Chrome.lnk -> C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe (Google LLC) -> --profile-directory="Profile 1"

I would recommend you clear the ADS entries

Recommendation would be to disable auto restart

Would factory reset the Firewall

Looks like this could use some help in trying to correct

Do you really need to use and run RustDesk as a service and when starting Windows?

R2 RustDesk; C:\Program Files\RustDesk\RustDesk.exe [15250920 2023-06-21] (Zhou Huabing -> )

No Service should be run from a TEMPORARY folder

R3 cpuz153; C:\Windows\temp\cpuz153\cpuz153_x64.sys [36864 2023-06-23] (Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher -> CPUID)

From an elevated admin command prompt you should run both of these in this order.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /SCANNOW

RESTART the computer

See if those changes help correct some of these issues

Before we do a clean up script. Please run the following

SecurityCheck by glax24

I would like you to run a tool named SecurityCheck to inquire about the current security update status of some applications.

  • Download SecurityCheck by glax24: https://tools.safezone.cc/glax24/SecurityCheck/SecurityCheck.exe
  • If Microsoft SmartScreen blocks the download, click through to save the file
  • This tool is safe.   Smartscreen is overly sensitive.
  • If SmartScreen blocks the file from running click on More info and Run anyway
  • Right-click  with your mouse on the Securitycheck.exe  and select "Run as administrator"  and reply YES to allow to run & go forward
  • Wait for the scan to finish. It will open a text file named SecurityCheck.txt Close the file.  Attach it with your next reply.
  • You can find this file in a folder called SecurityCheck, C:\SecurityCheck\SecurityCheck.txt

Thank you

I'd still check the hard driver to make sure nothing is wrong with it.

If  you want to do a new install of Windows.
