I'm actually off work and leaving in about 15 minutes to go somewhere, but will be back online later tonight.

In order for the software to work 100% properly your computer needs to be able to reach these systems at one point or another.

curl -v --sslv3 https://cdn.mwbsys.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://hubble.mb-cosmos.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://keystone.mwbsys.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://links.malwarebytes.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://malwarebytes.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://my-device.malwarebytes.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://sirius.mwbsys.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://telemetry.malwarebytes.com

curl -v --sslv3 https://iris.mwbsys.com

You know what i am trying to do,

The license i bought it's already activated in my "OLD" Laptop

My old laptop in another country, and i am in another country.

___________
Thats why, i am trying to reach my account on the web to deactivate the license from my old laptop and to use it in my new laptop.

but i am facing these issues ,

before i change dns , i am getting "something went wrong..."

after changing the dns , ok trying to login by entering my email and passwd and yes i am getting that page asking me to enter the verification code sent to my email , but once i enter the code it says "verification code is incorrect"

this making me crazy,

i can't activate the license by entering it as u told me becuse its already activated in my old laptop.

>>>>>>>>>> i am using fiber obtic internet connection with 100 MBs speed <<<<<<<<<<

i never face this issue in my old laptop, only with my new one.

Hope you do something and fix this for me ... i only want to activate my current MBA and reach my account as normal without any issues.

Again, this has nothing to do with it being on another computer and nothing to do with the program. That would produce another error. @Moewsaleh

Your computer is having NETWORKING issues unrelated to our software. If you cannot reach a specific publicly available network then it's not the software that is the problem, it is YOUR COMPUTER or something between you and those public networks.

You have 3 of our main network systems that  your current computer cannot reach.

Could not resolve host: cdn.mwbsys.com
Could not resolve host: keystone.mwbsys.com
Could not resolve host: sirius.mwbsys.com

Please run the following for me.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system.
You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply as well.

Thank you

This may be the cause

System errors:
=============
Error: (02/20/2023 08:57:05 AM) (Source: Microsoft-Windows-NDIS) (EventID: 10317) (User: )
Description: Miniport Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #4, {f2b8c885-ec7c-4687-b51d-001b3df3927e}, had event 74

Please run the following fix. @Moewsaleh

NOTE: Please read all of the information below before running this fix.

  • NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine.
  • Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system that cannot be undone.

Once the fix has been completed, please attach the file FIXLOG.TXT to your next reply

Farbar program:   FRSTEnglish.exe or FRST64.EXE

Save the attached file:  FIXLIST.TXT to the folder where Farbar is located.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRSTEnglish.exe or FRST64.EXE, and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Please make sure you disable any real-time antivirus or security software before running this script. Once completed, make sure you re-enable it.

Run the Farbar program with Admin rights and press the Fix button just once and wait.

The fix may possibly take up to 60 minutes to complete

If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log named Fixlog.txt in the same folder you ran the Farbar program from. Please attach that log on your next reply.

  1. NOTE:  This fix will run a scan to check that all Microsoft operating system files are valid and not corrupt and attempt to correct any invalid files. It will also run a disk check on the restart to ensure disk integrity.
  2. NOTE: As part of this fix all temporary files will be removed. If you have any open web pages that have not been bookmarked please make sure you bookmark them now as all open applications may be automatically closed. Also, make sure you know the passwords for all websites as cookies will also be removed in most, but not all cases.
  3. NOTE: As part of this fix, it will also reset the network to default settings including the firewall. If you have custom firewall rules you need to save please export or save them first before running this fix.

The following directories are emptied:

  • Windows Temp
  • Users Temp folders
  • Edge, IE, FF, Chrome, and Opera caches, HTML5 storages, Cookies and History
  • Recently opened files cache
  • Discord cache
  • Java cache
  • Steam HTML cache
  • Explorer thumbnail and icon cache
  • BITS transfer queue (qmgr*.dat files)
  • Recycle Bin

Important: items are permanently deleted. They are not moved to quarantine. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before running this fix.

The system will be rebooted after the fix has run.

fixlist.txt

Thanks

I understand, but again. You're wasting your time even trying when your network is not working correctly.

If you cannot reach all of these sites then trying to activate will not work.

Please try them again now and let me see what you get now. @Moewsaleh

Just as before. You need to be in an Admin level command prompt. You then run each one  by one (pressing the Enter key after each line)

Hello brother,

I received email from support telling me to change password and they deactivate my license and asking me to re-activate it.

_____________________
I changed my password , i got the verification code to my email , i enter it there and accepted finaly i am in my account "Client Area"

____________________

The first issue is solved which is "i can't login to my account" now i can.

But

the second issue is still not solved which is i can't activate my license whatever from client area by adding this device or from my MBA on laptop i am getting this :

From my account "Client Area" the web :

image.thumb.png.6acbd8f85e6d10508539920be61f297a.png

From MBA On my Laptop :

image.thumb.png.c6ef1ce2bb11e600fb714ed0168f1f2e.png

I don't know , i think this is from MBA's side, i think my email stuck in your system or whatever , like the first issue now i can login and before i can't , the support did something and now its solved.

So, i think same for the second issue , you or support need to do something for my email if it's stuck or what , i don't know why can't activate it :( it's already deactivated from my old laptop

And by the way ,

in the previous post i said the first issue solved and i can enter my account on web .... this happened for 1 time only , once i closed my browser and re-open it again and when i try to login , asking me the verification code as usual ..but this time did the "Verification code incorrect" but it's correct.

So, the two issue is still on the go
