And by the way , in the previous post i said the first issue solved and i can enter my account on web .... this happened for 1 time only , once i closed my browser and re-open it again and when i try to login , asking me the verification code as usual ..but this time did the "Verification code incorrect" but it's correct. So, the two issue is still on the go

Hello brother, I received email from support telling me to change password and they deactivate my license and asking me to re-activate it. _____________________ I changed my password , i got the verification code to my email , i enter it there and accepted finaly i am in my account "Client Area" ____________________ The first issue is solved which is "i can't login to my account" now i can. But the second issue is still not solved which is i can't activate my license whatever from client area by adding this device or from my MBA on laptop i am getting this : From my account "Client Area" the web : From MBA On my Laptop : I don't know , i think this is from MBA's side, i think my email stuck in your system or whatever , like the first issue now i can login and before i can't , the support did something and now its solved. So, i think same for the second issue , you or support need to do something for my email if it's stuck or what , i don't know why can't activate it :( it's already deactivated from my old laptop

  6. By the way, after doing what you asked for , till now i have the same issue : Once i try to connect to my account , the Verification code sent to my email , i took the code and put it after that it says "Incorrect" BUT its correct !!

You know what i am trying to do, The license i bought it's already activated in my "OLD" Laptop My old laptop in another country, and i am in another country. ___________ Thats why, i am trying to reach my account on the web to deactivate the license from my old laptop and to use it in my new laptop. but i am facing these issues , before i change dns , i am getting "something went wrong..." after changing the dns , ok trying to login by entering my email and passwd and yes i am getting that page asking me to enter the verification code sent to my email , but once i enter the code it says "verification code is incorrect" this making me crazy, i can't activate the license by entering it as u told me becuse its already activated in my old laptop. >>>>>>>>>> i am using fiber obtic internet connection with 100 MBs speed <<<<<<<<<< i never face this issue in my old laptop, only with my new one. Hope you do something and fix this for me ... i only want to activate my current MBA and reach my account as normal without any issues.

  12. I did change the DNS for IPV4 only then i type the command as shown above. Can you please tell me and explain to me what do you mean by : And be aware that you need to modify 1 time for IPv4 & a 2nd pass for IPv6 i only changed the ipv4 should i change the ipv6 as well as i changed ipv4 !! because in the video youtube you provided he only changed the ipv4 ! EVEN if i changed the both ipv4 and ipv6 , still i can't access my account on the web , after changing the DNS , i enter my email and passwd , then asking me for the verification code sent to my email , i paste the correct code and it tells me "Wrong Verification Code" So what now
  13. hummm, hello ! i gave it a try Result !! I am really tired brother, nothing is working , can you remote my laptop using Team Viewer and you do the job otherwise refund my money and let me find another anti-malware program, but i really like MBA. !
  14. even after the scanning online and after removing the two files from my laptop , the issue is still as it is , 1- I can't access my account on the web (By receiving the code on my email, i enter it and tells me wrong code :/) 2- From the MBA App i click on Activate the license , i enter my email and the passwd and it tells Unable to contact license server :/ I don't know whats wrong with my laptop , it's New fresh laptop , why i need to change the DNS , why i need to scan online for infected files since it's 2 days Age. I don't know, if you can remote my laptop by Team Viewer and solve it , i will be appreciated.

  16. after the previous two tries , i cleared browser cash and data and cookies and temp and %temp% and i used disk clean up , after that i tried for the third time , i got the verification code to my email , i copied , i paste , pufffff wrong verification code , lol
