Hello,

Having a problem on MB after unnistalling it goes way it causes alot of warnings on windows event viewer and causes BSOD unistalling MB resolves the problems 

can you guys help me out i tried disabling some features

Can you please rename the Farbar program to the following:   FRSTEnglish64.exe after downloading it.

Then restart the computer and run a new scan. Make sure you launch FRSTEnglish64.exe with Admin rights.

 

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system.
You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit

• Press the Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
• The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply as well.

Please make sure you disable any real-time antivirus or security software before running this script. Once completed, make sure you re-enable it.

do you have a program that is similar to ccleaner to do a big clean up like it that you recomend?

 

i have the devices disabled on purpose, 

my dns are on 192.1.168.1, becouse the router handles them i have that configurarition you showed there.

what do you mean SecurityHealthService is Faulting, its not there ? Can i Run a fix like this:

whatmy SecurityHealthService is running on the system, on services its all grayed out, and its on manual (grayed out also)

i dont see any problems with search index changed it to advance in windows 11 

 

also sometimes windows security on rebots show grayed out options, and says i dont have TPM 2.0 but i rebot and its normal again, any isightts ?

• Run the MBST Support Tool
• In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
• In the Advanced Options, click the CLEAN button and follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall Malwarebytes
• NOTE: Please have patience as it can take a while to remove and reinstall. The computer will restart to complete

After the restart please do the following

• Run the MBST Support Tool
• In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Yes, please go ahead and uninstall Privacy VPN if not wanted. Go to Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features and it should be listed there to uninstall.

Then restart the computer and let me know if that corrects the filter manager error issue you were having.

Would certainly believe so. I've been doing support here for many years and I've never seen this type of issue persist after some clean up work.

I don't want to promise it will as it is not normal.

bare in mind that i have tested on other my 3 other pcs all on windows 11 latest version and that error comes up, also did a test on a virtual machine (fresh windows 11 same version) and the error is also present on event viewer, could it be from lastes windows updates ?

I'll have to check and see. I've not personally looked for it. I have Windows 11 on a laptop and on virtual but I don't like it so I still run Windows 10 for my main system.

Not sure yet. I just checked my older installation of MB 4.5.14 and an older version of Windows 11 and no errors from MBAMFarflt. All entries were valid load and unload. I updated to MB 4.5.18 and there were a couple new entries but both were valid load and unload entries.

I'm going to update Windows 11 if it needs updates and see if that changes

Yes yes did not get bsods after the fixes for now at least, but unistalling MB also fixes the bsods before, so there is something wrong with this latest versions of Windows and MB.

but whats strange is removing mb also stops errors from dcom and Windows security stop working.

should i register mb on Windows security center ? Not registering uses both right ?
