so malwarebytes didn't report nothing in scans, only the popup. so i downloaded another antivirus scanned fixed all problems and restart the computer and there's no more the pop up.i dont know if it's fixed

Let's see fresh FRST logs. Since English is not your primary language, right click on FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and rename to FRSTEnglish.exe/FRST64English.exe.

After that:

• Double-click on the FRST icon to run it, as you did before. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button and wait for a while.
• The scanner will produce two logs on your Desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
• Please copy and paste the content of these two logs in your next reply.

There is evidence that your operating system is not activated.
 
May I ask why? Is there any issue with the activation process or is there a possibility for non-genuine Windows? If the latter is the case, unfortunately we can't help you: it is against the forum's rules, plus, an operating system which is not activated with a genuine license, is the best way to infect a computer. No reason to clean it now, since it will get infected soon or later.
 
We can check it with the following command:

• Press Windows icon on your Desktop, together with the letter R.
• Type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
• Copy and paste the following command and press Enter:
  

slmgr /dli

• After running the command, you will get a report. Please take a screenshot of what you got and attach it in your next reply.

hi i just bought the pc and windows was still not installed so i installed it from usb whit the microsoft google site 100% legit, it have limited functions

and i'm going to activate it soom
