Messenger.exe blocked continuously

Hi, I'm getting constant pop ups today that Messenger desktop app is being blocked for malware.  This was happening yesterday as along side the issue with Google Chrome being blokced as a false positive but messenger is still an issue today, even after the update whereas chrome now works without issue.  The block is for Messenger.exe on Windows 11.  

I've attached a log below.
