mendixcloud.com URLs flagged for phishing by Malwarebytes Browser Guard

Hello Team,

We are Mendix, a low-code software platform (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mendix). One of our customers has reported that several of their applications with ".mendixcloud.com" URLs are being flagged for phishing by the Malwarebytes Browser Guard. A pattern we have noticed is that those apps don't have SSO implemented. We posted about this on Friday (26th) at https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/272201-malwarebytes-flagging-my-site-for-phishing/, where the block was apparently lifted. However, we still cannot access https://cityclean.mendixcloud.com/ with the guard on. Was some other block (reputational?) added after the phishing block was lifted? It will be much appreciated if URLs with .mx.lowcode.siemens.cloud, .mxapps.io and .mendixcloud.com are not blocked. Please make this change on a global level (not on client basis).

Hello,

I just tried to access the domain, and I could do it either with MB Premium or with Browser Guard.

Premium block has been removed since Friday.

Please send us a log or a screenshot showing the block.

Also, try to delete browser cache.

I will alert the Browser Guard team to investigate.

Thanks for the prompt response. It now seems resolved for https://cityclean.mendixcloud.com/. However, we haven't checked for URLs with the domain names .mx.lowcode.siemens.cloud and .mxapps.io because there haven't been similar reports yet. Please feel free to close this topic if those domain names have also been whitelisted.

From the Browser Guard perspective, I would need URLs that should (under normal circumstances) be reachable so that I can determine if they are or if they are not, and any reasons why they could not be reached.
