If it is not already known, please post a new topic on this forum. In your post, make sure to include: A description of the issue Screenshots of the issue, especially error messages (if possible) Version of Android Steps to reproduce the issue Is the issue reliably reproducible? Making sure that diagnostic mode is enabled in advance (in the app's settings) will also help, in case we need to request logs. Thank you for your assistance! Known issues The only known issue of significance is that the private IP address is sometimes missing. This is a known issue, but we would appreciate additional logs from people with this issue. Please don't post logs here, though. If you see this issue, send me a direct message and I'll let you know how to send your logs.
