Strange Problem Installing

I've got this "Security Tool" virus thing, and I'm trying to install Malwarebytes to get rid of it.

Every time I try to install it, however, it gives me an error message that says:

Unable to execute file:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 2.

The System cannot find the file specified.

I don't know if this matters, but it pops up twice in a row.

The shortcuts to Malwarebytes are created, but when I try to open them I get the same message.

I'm running Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 1.

I tried Google and searching these forums for a solution, but to no avail.

Anyone know what might be going on?
