Are these false positives?

I was browsing a site then I got a popup, but it was a very quick popup my ad blocker took care of it, but out of paranoia I did a scan with Malwarebytes it detected 3 threats,

i did a scan again and no other threats were found, currently these 3 files are in quarantine, but i'm not sure if i should restore them or delete them, as they appear to be Realtek lan files

file.txt here are the detection logs, also im unsure how to zip and attach the detected files as they have been in quarantine, unless you mean to restore them

This is indeed a false positive by our additional machinelearning engine we have implemented.
This will get fixed.
