MBAMProtection - Failed to start

I am seeing this error code a lot now in Event viewer after updating to windows 10 2004.  Session "MBAMProtection" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035.  It has caused some freezes and forced rebooting. 

Win 10 Pro 2004 (19041_450) - MSI X470 Gaming Plus - 2700X (not over clocked) - 32 Gigs Corsair Vengence RGB @ XMP Profile 0 (stock speeds).  Boot is an Intel MvME M.2.  Video card MSI RTX 2060 (Latest NVIDIA Drivers as of today's date.)

    Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file

    Double-click mb-support xxx.xx.exe to run the report

        You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.

        

    Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next

    You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"

    Do NOT use the button “Start repair” !

    Click the Advanced tab on the left column

    

    Click the Gather Logs button

    

    A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

   

    Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
