If the above doesn't help, please try disabling Web Protection in Malwarebytes.  There may be a conflict with the web filtering components of Avast AV as well, in which case exclusions may help.  You would need to exclude/trust the items listed in this support article in Avast's real-time protection exclusions/allow list and you should also exclude Avast's main program folder, likely located under C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) as well as its primary data folder, likely located under C:\ProgramData by following the instructions under the Allow a file or folder section of this support article.
