Having looked at page 1 and page 59 I still can't find the latest posts, the latest seem to be from 2019. Is the forum still active?

Yes, this area is still active.  Most of the threads on page 1 are from the past few months with the most recent one (other than this topic) being from this past Monday.  There is also a recent build located in the first pinned topic which is entitled Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit 1.13 Build 186 released - May 19, 2020, so it is definitely still in active development.  Any time new features or detection capabilities are needed for Exploit Protection to deal with the latest exploits, those changes are tested first in a beta and once proven stable and effective, they are integrated into Malwarebytes Premium, usually in the first Malwarebytes release available after the end of beta testing for a new Anti-Exploit Beta build.
