Winyahoo pup virus or open software updater

I keep getting the winyahoo pups over and over again. I also am getting shortcuts of chrome and internet explorer appearing on my toolbar.  It all started 12/13/2019 around 12:30am when I accidentally clicked on ad download instead of waiting to be redirected to my download. Originally relevant knowledge and one updater was popping up, but now i think they are gone. Still I am stuck with constant pups and things changing without me touching them. Malwarebytes premium is only finding pups with the scans i do, but i am not sure how to fix this. Please help.

Did you install this program.
(NeachdainFreak -> EnergyStream Corp) [File not signed] C:\Program Files (x86)\LateVendorQEZ\LateVendorQEZ.exe

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.
