Am I infected?

Well FRST is doing an extensive scan of your system. If the system or any parts of its internal hardware are old that alone can be a cause for issues.

Open up your Task Manager and click on the Performance tab. Take a screen shot and post that back please. Here is an example from mine

Memory not  so much, but disk yes. It is at 100% currently.

Click on the PERFORMANCE tab on top. Then on the bottom there is a link that says "Open Resource Monitor" - click that and open it.

Then click on the DISK section

Then click the Read and Write columns to sort what is reading or reading so much. Then take a new screen shot to show us

I'm not seeing anything to indicate that the disk usage is out of control. Windows does have a lot of processes going on at all times and is normal. No modern computer is going to sit there completely idle.

What issue are you actually having or seeing that makes you feel there is an issue?

We could reduce all of the items that automatically load with Windows which would improve overall general performance if you like.
