PUP.Optional.SofTonicAssistant comes back

Hello, this PUP.Optional.SofTonicAssistant keeps comming back and is lagging my whole pc every time. I use Adwcleaner to remove it, but it comes back every time. Malwarebytes cant detect it. Anyone know what i can do?

As I suspected, it is an entry in Chrome that is causing the problem.  Chrome has a feature which causes it to automatically synchronize settings and saved URLs and other data whenever you are signed in and open your browser when connected to the internet.  This means that after ADWCleaner removes the item, as soon as you open up your browser again Chrome re-downloads the offending item and replaces it in your browser.  To counteract this and eliminate the item for good please follow the instructions in this topic and that should get rid of it permanently.

Please try that and test to verify that it doesn't return and let me know how it went.

Hello, it still comes back every time. I tried not enabling sync again, and i also tried the sulution in the comments, what else could i do? Thanks
