As I suspected, it is an entry in Chrome that is causing the problem.  Chrome has a feature which causes it to automatically synchronize settings and saved URLs and other data whenever you are signed in and open your browser when connected to the internet.  This means that after ADWCleaner removes the item, as soon as you open up your browser again Chrome re-downloads the offending item and replaces it in your browser.  To counteract this and eliminate the item for good please follow the instructions in this topic and that should get rid of it permanently.

Please try that and test to verify that it doesn't return and let me know how it went.

Please go ahead and follow the instructions in this topic and then create a new topic in the malware removal area by clicking here including the requested logs and information from the first link and one of our malware removal specialists will assist you in eliminating this item permanently along with any other threats or PUPs that may be present on your system if there are any.
