Chrome going to random sites

For some reason, I've randomly started pinging weird sites from Chrome, like kidpassave.xyz and various .ru sites, and Tweetdeck slowed to a crawl. I ran Malwarebytes and it found some items, but it still continues. I ran Farbar and saved the logs. Also, Windows Defender won't scan. Sometimes it says 'Your Virus and Firewall is being managed by your organization', and when Malwarebytes loads, it suggests I can have windows defender run 'period scans', but clicking the scan button does nothing at all. 

 

 I've uninstalled Chrome just in case, but I'm worried there's more messed up with my system I'm unaware of.
