My account issue

I have malwarebytes open and i'm clicking the " Go to My account" button under the account tab. It takes me to the website but it says " You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions". Well I made the account at least 2 years ago and I dont have any emails from Malwarebytes that far back. So I made a new account using my email, which it allowed me to create using the same email, but it wont let me add my premium key to the account because it's already been used. I'm trying to manage my subscription but I dont seem to be able to access my account to do so. I think the License key might be attached to a typo'd version of my actual email address because it autofills the typo'd email address on my log-in page.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab

  7. Click the Gather Logs button

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK

  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

Greetings,

Your best bet would be to contact Malwarebytes Support directly so that they can assist you with this issue as they should have direct access to the account/licensing system and can hopefully make the changes necessary to align your license/subscription with the correct account/email address.  To contact them, please use one of the options available on this page
