  1. Could someone tell me who to contact for account help? Ive had premium for years but it's been auto-renewing without my account being set up. I click "My account" on the malwarebytes dashboard and it takes me to the website and says "You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions to set up your account." only problem is I believe the email tied to my account is an old work email I cant access anymore. Thanks
  2. I have malwarebytes open and i'm clicking the " Go to My account" button under the account tab. It takes me to the website but it says " You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions". Well I made the account at least 2 years ago and I dont have any emails from Malwarebytes that far back. So I made a new account using my email, which it allowed me to create using the same email, but it wont let me add my premium key to the account because it's already been used. I'm trying to manage my subscription but I dont seem to be able to access my account to do so. I think the License key might be attached to a typo'd version of my actual email address because it autofills the typo'd email address on my log-in page.
  3. I had a similar experience from a .stream domain. I had a couple tabs in chrome open and one of the tabs changed to say "Alert" and then my computer locked up. I ended up turning it off and back on again. After my computer started back up I went into my chrome history and had 150 instances of the website over 2 minutes. The only tabs I had open were Youtube, imgur, and wowhead (A world of warcraft website). Wowhead always lags out chrome with their ads. I followed the steps you told OP to do.
