Multiple false positives

Hello, I am an Civil Engineer and software developer for Abatech (  http://www.abatech.com/  ).

Recently, one of our clients reported that Malewarebytes flagged a software he adquired from us as a possible threat.

I downloaded and installed Malewarebytes, and now I have two of the programs I developed being quarantineed (Machinelearning.Anomalous100%)

None of these programs represents any possible harm to the computer system, I have developed them both, and I wouldn´t know how to make them a virus even if I wanted to.

What could be the reason for this problem? They both use third party dll's and can connect to our website on user's command.
