Not responding error

Greetings,

I'd recommend trying to uninstall and then reinstall it.  Open Programs and Features, uninstall it, then restart your system once it completes (even if not prompted to do so just to make sure everything is cleaned up/unloaded from memory), then download and install the latest version from here and try to run it.  Hopefully that resolves the issue.

You mean there were no available updates?  If so, yes, that makes sense as the link I provided should be for the most recent version.

Also, if you continue to have issues with it you may always contact Dell Support and they should be able to assist you with your system and the Dell SupportAssist software.
