Solution exile360 Posted March 24, 2018 Solution ID:1226865 Share Posted March 24, 2018 I suspect this may be due to corruption in the configuration file that controls scheduled scans. Please follow the instructions in this support article to perform a clean installation of Malwarebytes to see if that resolves the issue. Please let us know how it goes. ParanoiaBoy Posted March 25, 2018 Author ID:1226890 Share Posted March 25, 2018 hey exile! thank you for your response i suspected that too, i've installed mbam 3.4.4 in my other computers to see if it happens into them as well. actually i'm running kaspersky internet security at the same time of mbam and when it makes a rootkit scan it usually happens that it disables mbam real protection do you know how to put mbam in a kind of white list? exile360 Posted March 25, 2018 ID:1226898 Share Posted March 25, 2018 There should be an option for exclusions somewhere in Kaspersky. That's what you'll need to find. The list of items to exclude can be found here. You might check their support page if you need more info about your specific version.
