Ransomware not honoring exclusion list

Hello,

I am running the latest Malwarebytes as of 25 December 2017 (3.3.1), and the Ransomware protection is not honoring whitelists.  It used to be the Website Protection layer that did that, now it's the Ransomware Protection.  To wit:

• My cygwin installation is at D:\cygwin64
• I have added D:\cygwin64 to the Exclusion list
• I have tested initialisation speeds, disabling one protection layer at a time.
• Only when Ransomware Protection is enabled does the shell take longer to execute commands.

There are some known issues with exclusions on non-OS drives. If you have cygwin64 on C:\, does the exclusion work properly?

On another note, do you experience any issues other than slowness?
