My malware bytes premium went away after last nights windows 10 update

So my MalwareBytes premium is not recognizing that I had my license anymore. I have no idea why an update would throw malware bytes off, but I have tried to recover my key by the support options and it has not worked. Is there anyway to help malware bytes rcognize my premium again? I have had this key activated for 4 years.
