Drastic FPS Cut in Games After Cleaning

hi ! just today malwarebytes ( i have 3.2.2 premium)that i had an adware (adware.elex.shrtcln).i clicked on quarantine,and after it i clicked on the restart button. After restarting my PC,and malwarebytes telling me the quarantine is successfully completed,i decided to play some video games.Every game i enter,however,not played at about the 1/5 or 1/7 of the FPS i used to receive before the restart.

i did not do anything EXCEPT quarantine,then restart.

the PC does not run slow,outside of video games.

Well, it seems the solution just ...happened. after shutting down the pc for the bight,early next morn it worked just fine.i dis restart when the issue happened yet it didnt go away,but for some reason it just did the next day.
