Help - cant scan additional drives - no options to select

Recommended Posts

Greetings and welcome :)

You still can.  Simply open Malwarebytes and click on the Scan tab on the left and select the second option in the scan menu called Custom Scan then click Configure Scan and select the drives and areas you want scanned via the provided checkboxes and menu options.  Likewise, for scheduled scans you can do the same by configuring a scheduled Custom scan rather than a normal Threat scan.

If you wish to scan an individual drive manually, you should be able to open Computer/My Computer and right-click the drive you want scanned and select Scan with Malwarebytes.  If the right-click context menu option to scan is missing be sure to check Settings>Application in Malwarebytes to verify that the Show Malwarebytes options in Windows Explorer option is set to On under the Windows Context Menus section.

If this does not resolve the issue or there is anything else you need assistance with please let us know.

Thanks :)
