Your only option is to either leave them as they are or disable all notifications from Malwarebytes via the switch under Settings>Application where it says Show Malwarebytes notifications in the Windows System Tray. The Malwarebytes Product team does intend to implement additional options for greater control over notifications in the future, however I have no ETA on when or how these options will be implemented at this time.
