Hard drive died how do I get it deactivated

My hard drive died and I needed to install anyone and now the program will not let me use my number until I deactivate one of the two I have so how do I deactivate the number off my old hard drive that I cannot get to. I have tried three emails asking for them to deactivate both the numbers and I will reactivate them on both the systems again but no reply so far someone please help.

If you have an account you will be able to login and Deactivate the key.

If not and you remember the email you used to purchase the key , you can create an account at : https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/register
