Dlpope100 Posted September 19, 2017 ID:1164885 Share Posted September 19, 2017 I have this nasty familiar virus named "SmartService." I've been trying to get rid of it for hours. I tried running Malwarebytes, but in the middle of the scan it says "not responding". I was told to let it continue, but I waited hours and it still has the same amount of malware scanned, around 1200. Am I doing something wrong?
