rtwlane.sys is a Realtek WiFi networking driver - so the place to start looking is with networking stuff.
The Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal error is most often a software error (this doesn't rule out hardware, it's just that we'll start by looking at the software first)
So, start by:
- downloading the most recent, W10 compatible version of this driver from the support site of the manufacturer of the system.  If the card was installed later on, then please use this link:   http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=62&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
- uninstall the current software for this device from Control Panel...Programs and Features
- install the freshly downloaded software and monitor for further BSOD's.

The lone dump file doesn't contain a lot of useful information, but I will post it at the bottom of this post just for your information.
Depending on what the above does for you, and what the below reports show (if needed), then we'd move on from there if it's necessary.

If this doesn't fix things, Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum):  https://forums.malwarebytes.org/topic/170037-blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

We're here to help, but at times we may omit detailed explanations.
Feel free to ask for clarification if our explanations aren't sufficient.

Don't worry about the W10 thing - it was an assumption that I made before I ran the memory dump.
It should read:

rtwlane.sys is a Realtek WiFi networking driver - so the place to start looking is with networking stuff.
The Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal error is most often a software error (this doesn't rule out hardware, it's just that we'll start by looking at the software first)
So, start by:
- downloading the most recent, W7 compatible version of this driver from the support site of the manufacturer of the system.

Download #2 - as it's the WiFi driver (aka WLAN = Wireless LAN)
But, it won't hurt to install #1 also - just in case the BlueTooth drivers need updating

If it has an application like "Setup", then that's what to do.
If it doesn't have an application, then the following is how:

Extract the ZIP file into a regular folder somewhere where you'll remember it (I put them all in the Downloads folder)
Locate the device in Device Manager (they should be in the "Network Adapters" category).
Right click on it and select "Update driver"
Then select "Browse my computer for driver software" (or something similar, I haven't worked w/Win7 in quite a while)
In the next window it'll let you browse to the location of the driver software
Point it to the folder that you extracted the ZIP files from.  Make sure that the checkbox for include sub-folders is checked.  Then click "Next" and follow the prompts.

Here's a link from Acer that describes the procedure for W7:  https://scandic.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14352/~/manual-installation-of-a-downloaded-driver-in-windows-vista-or-7

If you have a problem, you can use Alt and PrtScrn to take a screenshot of the active Window
Then open MSPaint and paste it in there and save it.  Then upload it with your next post.

Hi, no longer need help I did the instructions but it turns out it was the wrong driver you recommended  for my card. So it just became a blue screen mess, my dad looked at my machine in safe mode, and tried to fix it for a few hours himself, (he's built pcs, and is a engineer but didn't have time to fix my machine which is why I came here, so having tried nearly everything, system restore failed, so I said to just remove everything and reinstall Windows, and start all over, it's not that bad since I have all my files and things backed up.

You haven't wasted my time.  Each and every post is both an opportunity for us to improve our knowledge of PC's, and an opportunity for others to learn from what we've done.

I'm glad that you got it fixed and it's working well for you.  Good luck!
