  1. Hiya, wanted to update you I did a clean install of everything, windows, graphics drivers, so my machine has no issues, and we decided to keep the wireless package uninstalled since I have my ether net cable. So you can close this thread. Sorry if I wasted your time.
  2. Hi, no longer need help I did the instructions but it turns out it was the wrong driver you recommended for my card. So it just became a blue screen mess, my dad looked at my machine in safe mode, and tried to fix it for a few hours himself, (he's built pcs, and is a engineer but didn't have time to fix my machine which is why I came here, so having tried nearly everything, system restore failed, so I said to just remove everything and reinstall Windows, and start all over, it's not that bad since I have all my files and things backed up.
  3. Sorry had a dumb moment, extracted the files, so I go to both folders and run the "application" correct? Again sorry never updated drivers like this before.
  4. Hi, thanks for the reply I downloaded both I was wondering how I install them from the zip files. (images below) I opened the Windows 7 64 bit folder but unsure on what to run. (sorry) Images below to help.
  5. Sorry, I'm okay with computers but somethings may need added explaining my system is also 64 bit. also which ones would I download? 1 or 2
  6. I run windows 7 so not sure about the windows 10 compatible thing (just want to check), and I did update my drivers before few months ago and it didn't fix the issue itself. This is what I use to update my drivers I haven't done it for a while so I will do this after your next reply if needed.
  7. Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal rtwlane.sys is the named driver that causes it. If that helps?
  8. Hi everyone, I ignored my bluescreen for a while since it only did it on start up or shut down occationally and I mean every 4-5months or so for a few days now it finally decided to do it when I was just browsing online I know what the error is but no idea how to fix it here is the blue screen logs from today please help! I also included some information on when I've had blue screens. HELP! WER-63211-0.sysdata.zip 082017-20826-01.dmp
  9. Hiya, I was just going to leave it but after a few months it has gotten more annoying, everytime I play a game on my computer when I close the game my automatic updates for windows deactivates. [Opens with the pop up suggestion of turning automatic updates on which I always do] Its more of an annoyance than everything else. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
  10. Oh, and I've also become slightly addicted to reading others issues with their machines. It's quite interesting to see what people come across (Trojans, junk ware etc) it's nice to see it all resolved as well for others
  11. Hi everyone, i just wanted to show my appreciation of a member of your team/forums. I love my gaming pc, (still getting upgrades as we speak ) I'm quite odd I freak out when things tend to return or persist, so I decided to try out these forums rather than leaving the issue while my computer is glaring at me to help it (haha). Anyway, Aura thank you for making things easy to understand, some others I've run into on other helpful sites can be sightly confusing so I wasn't expecting much here based on other experiences. However, I'm now confident that this site can help me if I ever run into any malware/issues. Thank you so much for your help, it made me calmer and resassured me that these simple issues can be solved with some good people. Thanks all - Gabbie.
  12. Hi Aura, hope you had a nice few days. All seems clear with all the scans so I think its all good. Thank you so much for all your help!
  13. Sounds good, I've made a note of it and will come back on Sunday and let you know how it goes.
