Just want to make sure you are typing the characters correctly. Also if it still does not work could you please get us the logs? Before you activate, go to Application/ Event Log Data and flip the "Collect enhanced event data log for support" to ON and then try to activate using your key. Once you see the failure please use the following post below to send us the FRST, Additional .txt and MB-Check-Results.zip. We can look at the logs and try to figure out why you cannot activate.
