Can't activate key

I just did a 'clean' install and now my Key is not accepted, even though both entries receive a GREEN check.

Help, thx

(in the same breath I'd like to say, that me and all my clients (who've been sold "Malwarebytes" by my Company) are pulling out their hair in frustration!

the constant protection turning on and off with that annoying pop-up in the lower-righthand-corner)

Hello @Machshev

Based on the key you provided it is active and should work. Just want to make sure you are typing the characters correctly. 

Also if it still does not work could you please get us the logs?

Before you activate, go to Application/ Event Log Data and flip the "Collect enhanced event data log for support" to  ON and then try to activate using your key.

Once you see the failure please use the following post below to send us the FRST, Additional .txt and MB-Check-Results.zip.

We can look at the logs and try to figure out why you cannot activate.
