hOW TO DELETE PERMANENTLY WINDOWS INFECTED FILES?

Hello there.

I'm new here and I've downloaded this app to my computer and other devices. In the first scan the program found over 1,500 infected files and after restart my computer, those files pass to quarantine period. My question is, Can I remove all these files manually or if I select "delete" files those files can be delete automatically?. Sorry for my English, is not my first language and I'm not using online translators.  Thank you for your help!.
